Freedom of the seas is bursting with images, having more than 90 photographs (many previously unpublished) of the carrier and her aircraft, foldout plans and several stunning sonar images of the wreck.

Her story ends, or maybe that should read begins again, with the exploration and documentation of her wreck by explorer and co-author of this book, Commander Adam Olejnik and his team from the Hydrographical support squadron of the Polish Navy.
